Budget Sauna! Big Weight Loss! In Record Speed!

Before you start yelling - Click Bait - Click Bait!

Let's talk about twenty pounds in two weeks!

Losing weight probably has to be one of the most frustrating “tasks” people have to date (ESPECIALLY WOMEN!) There are a ton of factors as to why you can gain or lose weigh rapidly. Unfortunately, I have been through quite a few. I was able to put on 30 to 40 pounds in as little as one month, so it's plausible there are factors that can have me drop at least Twenty pounds in two-weeks!

There’s so many variables as to why we gain the excess weight and it can be stressful trying to crack that code!

My weight gain factors have included:

Fibroid Tumor (hormones & chemistry changes)
Prednisone (Steroid)
Overeating (side effect of some medications & prednisone)
Sedentary Living (Due to Lupus fatigue, pain, sick & shut-in)

Losing twenty pounds in two-weeks was not a set goal or a concentrated effort, but after solving for a few variables that could have been the factors leading to my weight gain, it seemed to be an easier task to lose the weight with the addition of the sauna!

Please allow me to zoom out the focus for a second for those who like to see the picture from all sides. I will use my Annual Quest Health Reports as a baseline. The Annual report I am speaking of is the physical you are required to submit to on a yearly basis in an effort to keep the discount on your employer provided insurance. In our case, it is Bank of America.

So here is a quick snapshot of my weight from 2013-Present (2018):

The factors over this period of time that helped get me on the right track include:

Going from 30 Prescription Medications to 3
Discontinuation of Prednisone - last dose 2014
Removing Dairy from my diet (after discovery of allergy)
Increased Walking (at least 10,000 3times a week)
Increased Activity (Just DANCE!)
Infrared Sauna

The Sauna Saved My Life!

I was skeptical about just how radically this wooden box would change my life. but it did! I found incredible zen going to a place in Duluth, GA called Jeju Korean Spa CLICK Here For JEJU OFFICIAL SITE , but if I just paid the minimum admission fee of $25.00 once a week for a full year (25 x 52 weeks in a year) that is $1,300! That is ME owning my own Sauna that I can hop in and out of at will as many times as I like! When I came to this realization the admission fee was $25.00 for Adults. To my understanding, it has since gone up to $30/Adult. When I factored in this, plus the commute gas milage, it made sense to invest in myself and get something that I can have consistently at home!

I am so glad I did!

The sauna I chose for myself was from Amazon!

I opted to have assisted assembly for an additional $200, but that afforded me the ability to have qualified professionals bring in 3 gigantic heavy boxes (totally a two man job) and assemble my sauna while I oversaw the process! I also sprung for the Chromolight Therapy bulb and perhaps it is all placebo, but the benefits in addition to weight loss has been phenomenal! When I used this machine for about 35-55 Minutes for three days a week on 140 degrees, I experienced rapid weightless of 20 lbs in about two weeks! Perhaps all of the factors and stars aligned, but I can only report what I see and what I have experienced.

Before I go into listing the benefits of this amazing machine, please let me offer a message about the size. It says that this is a 2 person, however I am 5 foot 7 inches and if I wanted to lie down in the Sauna, that is not a possibility. I cannot stretch out comfortably in the Sauna. Additionally, two people can fit, however it would be a tight shoulder to shoulder fit. If you are a person who gets antsy about your personal space or if you want to stretch out, you may want to go a size up and spring for the 3 person Sauna.

There is also a 4 person Sauna as well. Please be sure to check the specs for your preference. It's also worth it to read the reviews in addition to the Q&A section on Amazon!

Now for the benefits! The biggest benefit is that this was Plug & Use or (Plug & Play). You do not need an electrician or a dedicated circuit for the sauna!
